This page explains which personal data we process when you contact us through the form, by e-mail or by phone, what we use it for and how long we keep it.

What data we process
From the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you give one) and your message. We receive the same data when you e-mail or call us.
When you send the form, we also process your device's IP address to limit spam. It is not attached to your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your message and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general questions, our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell the data or use it for marketing or automated decision-making.
Who has access
Only we at BADIT s.r.o. have access to your data. These processors handle it for us on a technical level:
Google Cloud and Firebase (Google Ireland Limited): hosting the website and sending the form, on servers in the European Union. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
WebSupport s.r.o.: the mailboxes your message is delivered to.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and the related correspondence for 2 years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep them for as long as it lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards, for example for accounting.
Google keeps technical server logs, including IP addresses, for 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to the processing. Just write to hello@badit.sk.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores whether you chose the light or dark theme, and that never leaves your device.
If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
